In addition to ConStat's technology practice, we have conducted extensive work in the areas of banking, finance, and insurance. Projects completed for clients such as Wells Fargo and Blue Shield of California have ranged from qualitative research investigating customers' life insurance needs, perceptions, and experiences in order to inform future marketing efforts, to quantitative research conducted to help our client design the optimal checking account product for the Hispanic market.
