Wireless Technology
ConStat has found wireless technology projects to be a natural extension of our initial work focused on data communications and networking. Whether designing the optimal wireless phone configuration; exploring the appeal of wireless data services such as email, Web browsers and personal information management (PIM) services; or assessing the market potential for residential Wi-Fi service, ConStat has worked with leading providers of wireless products and services.
ConStat also introduced the Wireless Information Services and Data Monitor program (WISDM), a syndicated research program that provided the most comprehensive and systematic analysis of how, why and when consumers and business professionals adopted wireless Internet products and services in 2002. WISDM revealed the barriers to and the catalysts for adoption of wireless Internet products and services, and provided actionable insights for device manufacturers, carriers and content providers alike.
